WALNUT CRUSHED TILAPIA 1 tablespoon reduced-fat mayonnaise 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 4 (6-ounce) tilapia fillets ½ teaspoon dried basil ¼ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon pepper ¾ cup finely chopped walnuts Heat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with nonstick foil. Stir together mayonnaise and mustard. Brush tilapia with mixture, then sprinkle with basil and salt and pepper. Divide walnuts and press into one side of tilapia. Place tilapia, walnut side up, on baking sheet; bake 10 to 12 minutes or until tilapia is opaque throughout. Serve immediately.
